Male NYC - Dr. John Frank

As a patient and life long friend of Dr. John Frank, I must say that he’s been one of the most influential people in my life. I met him ten (10) years ago when he did the first hair transplant procedure on me. I was frightened by the thought of doing a hair transplant that could change my look in a dissatisfying way and possibly being devastated by a look that I may have never been happy with. As I walked into his office, he greeted me with the most sensitive, warm and caring approach. As I nervously explained to him what bothered me, he told me that he would only insert graphs in certain areas and if I wanted to do anything more drastic than what he recommended, he would advise me to go to someone else for the procedure. He pleasantly explained to me that he would not do anything severe that would change my look for the worse and I would have to live with that. The moment I was done with his consultation, I didn’t have to go home and think about my decision of getting a hair transplant done. What Dr. Frank said with concerning words, described the worry that I felt and he showed me that he understood the human factor involving this decision. It never felt like I was just doing business and I was only a customer. It really was a lot more personal with him. He did the first procedure requiring over 1,200 graphs. I was ecstatic about the results. My life immediately went from feeling insecure about myself to feeling very confident. The endless compliments that I get remind me of the trust that I put on Dr. Frank.
Five (5) years later, I felt that I needed another hair transplant. Who do I go looking for? The same Doctor again. Of course, I had other options, but when I went looking for him and did not find him at the office where he last worked, I didn’t feel any way near as I did with Dr. Frank. I started to feel nervous and unsure about my decision. I left and researched him until I found him. At this point he performed another procedure involving approximately four hundred graphs. It was like Déjà vu! The experience was identical to my first one with him. The results were phenomenal. He catered to me in a way that I greatly appreciated.
Another five years went by and I needed another hair transplant. It feels like this is easy now. I’ll just go to my friend Dr. Frank and he’ll take care of it. Here we go again. This is now the third hair transplant procedure that this Doctor has performed on me. Now I feel that there is no chance that I’ll be loosing my hair or my confidence. I’ve had a long and successful career. My confidence plays a big role in my success. His name comes to my mind more often than he imagines. Every time I get compliments about my hair, I give him the credit for being so professional, caring and dedicated to his patients. The only way that I can describe what I felt during these procedures that he’s done on me, is that “HIS HANDS ARE BLESSED”.

It’s an individual that takes his professionalism to a different level. He’s an individual that respects the privacy of patients and goes above and beyond.
