Used topical arnica, cold pacs, and oral arnica. Had slight bruising immediately following the procedure with swelling diminishing to redness after a day. Although I had half a dose, it was enough to make a difference.

Hi fallen,
The use of arnica, cold packs and oral anica, is very great for the community to know. The community often forgets that there will be a "healing time" after the procedure. I'm glad you only needed a half dose, you could always add more if needed. Where on, what I can only assume is your face, did you have the Radiesse injected?
