“Don't Go...”

I went there for 9 treatments of upper-lip, and below chin area. Worst experience ever....Will never recommend anyone going there. Just after 3-4 months of my last treatment, I started to have EXCESSIVE re-growth. I now have much more hair than what I had before the treatments. When I called the center to complain, the office manager, {name edited} chuckled and questioned my calling her "I don't get it, why are you even calling us" I have since complained BBB and awaiting a fair response from them.
