Breast lift: NOT worth it
Pain: Uncomfortable
For most of my adult life I wanted a breast lift & reduction. Being a 34E on a 5'5" 120lb body, I was quite a bit top heavy and did not like the attention that my breasts attracted. I would give anything to have those breasts back now. The scarring is terribe and 2 years later is awful - trust me, you are NOT going to feel confident in the bedroom when you look like Frakenstein! The worst part is I've completely lost sensation in both of my nipples and about85% of the entire breast ...something the doctor said was very rare. One of my favorite parts of foreplay is lost forever. If you are considering a breast reduction or lift, please reconsider if you want to still feel like a complete woman afterward.

God bless you, Laurie, for your post and your courage to put it out there. I am a 32F and have been self-concious since middle school, and have often thought, "Oh, smaller chested girls have it easier, have more clothing options...whine, whine, whine." Now I feel ashamed that I ever complained. Your post makesa me realize my body is not a fixer-upper, I AM GOOD JUST LIKE I AM, and I need to accept that. No, my boobies don't stand up,and yes, they 're bigger than fashionistas say they should be but I read your story and it is a cautionary tale for us all. Thank you.

I wish I found this site before I made the horrible decision to have my breast lift. I am sorry for you and hope that your story will help others.
