2 months post op update

Feeling great and back to regular exercise routine at gym. I have been just walking on treadmill for a couple of weeks but this week started back to weights, my weights are super light and I do not have a lot of strength. Bummer because I was so strong before surgery. I am doing ab crunches and a few other ab exercises but I can really feel it in my abs. I cannot lay on my stomach it is still uncomfortable on my boobs and tummy. I still have numbness around all of the incision sites, and my belly button looks great. I lost a lot of my muscle tone over the past 2 months that is a bummer but I will get it back. I am not trying to lose any weight I just want to get my muscle tone back. It will come back it will take time. I eat really clean most days of the week and splurge just a tiny bit during the week. Sorry RS ladies I need to post some more pics. Next time.

3weeks post op BEFORE and AFTER photos

Hi Ladies,
I need to change my title line in my profile the one that's says Dominican Republic the one that everyone sees. How do you do that?

Wanted to post some pics of 3 weeks post op. Feeling better day by day. This is a slow process. I do have more energy I can do so much more daily. I am about 95% able to walk straight up, I have to keep bandages on for 6 weeks and no working out until 6 weeks, no swimming or baths until 6 weeks. Sleeping on my back still it is the only way. I tried to sleep on my side which is comfortable for me but hurt my neck sleeping on side. So back to sleeping on back. I have the hardest time going to sleep, exercise makes me sleep well this part of recovery sucks. I really just want to be 100% healed, so this time right now is going so slow, I just want to fast forward about 2 months. My upper back where my bra strap is and my under armpit area feels a little bit numb and feels squishy fatty it looks puffy also. Hoping it will go away soon. I am wearing compression garments on waist, tight ones all day. I just ordered 2 compression bras that will take care of my back and breast area hopefully that will help with puffiness.

18 days post op-Feeling more energy and better

I have not posted for a while. I was so freakin tired from the plane ride home. It took 10 hours to get home. Got home on June 8 Miami to Boise, idaho, I was so exhausted for a few days after that. Horribly exhausted. I had a 3.5 hour layover in Minneapolis. I got wheelchair service the entire flight home, make sure you do that. Plus I was first on and off of planes, I also was seated in more legroom seats right behind first class and it was great, I had more legroom than first class. It helped so much. Make sure you do that. I love, love, love, my results. Thanks to Jonathan Fisher MD. I have been getting better slowly day by day. The physical limitations are what bother me the most. I am a go, go , go, non- stop high energy person, so the recovery of slowing down a being tired a lot, sleeping a lot is so hard for me. But I am sticking to DR. orders. I am just starting to do more housework did the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen. My son is doing a lot for me he is 14. He is a good boy. M-F I am running him around a lot. He goes to swimming competitive mornings and then summer school in the after noons. I have to take him and pick up from all of this. It is so tiring for me. It is only until July 24. I am missing working out so much. I must wait 6 weeks after surgery to do any work out per doctor.

I chose a very good skilled professional surgeon. Dr. Fisher is personable, professional, and will explain what he can do for you, he is honest about your expectations. He has a good personality and I am over the top HAPPY with my results, they have exceeded my expectations. I would give the Dr. 4.5 star rating and not a 5 star only because he did not explain the risks involved with procedures, I did my homework about my procedures and the risks involved so I was fully aware all risks. Dr. Fisher performed TT, BL, BA, and lipo to flanks. I personally saw BBL, that he performed on several staff and patients and results were excellent and looked incredible. I am sooooooooooooo happy with my results and I have months before I see my final results since I am only 12 days post op. Dr. Fisher is great.
