I took a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff such as gloves ( they always use them & they provide them ) , alcohol pads , perks , ensure , chux . You don't really use that .
People ask if lipo hurts in my experience it didn't hurt its just very uncomfortable , I was up and doing everything on my own as soon as the anesthesia ran out literally , day 3 I walked around the block . The most important thing is not to baby ourselves so we can get up and going as soon as possible ! & guys honestly I do have family in DR but staying at a recovery house was the best choice I've ever made . I don't picture myself getting off of a regular bed , hospital beds help so much + these places are very clean , they serve the right food , have unlimited pineapple juice , yum ! I stood at Maria's recovery btw . Very nice , affordable & the best part is being picked up at the airport , drop off and they also take you to Your appointments at no extra charge $60 a night & let's not forget that AC blasting 24/7!

I'm feeling & looking great , my waist is 25, I love my results I have to admit contreras is the man . I absolutely love him for the amazing job he did on me . Sadly I can't post pics from my phone but you ladies can ask for my ig so you guys can see my pics ;) & btw if I had to go to him again I would w my eyes closed
10 days of being a contreras doll
Day of the surgery .. So I went straight to the cardiologist then contreras clinic ( beautiful ) got my blood work pretty much spent the whole day running around , I didn't know you're able to stay at no cost so I did to have the first turn ! Even if you have a date set his clinic is first comes first serve . The next morning they wake up early ( I was already up ) went to the cardiologist . I had anemia so I was only able to get a lipo ... They took me to the basement prepared me & I can't believe how brave i was . The whole time I was cracking jokes till they k.o me out . I woke up in my room shaking solo cold around 8 pm i was walking around and I couldn't believe my huge pouch was gone . I look amazing since day one . I love my results my body is nice & natural just like I wanted . I love my doctor & was the best choice I've ever made
