I got my Tummy Tuck/Back & Arms Lipo done almost 3...

I got my Tummy Tuck/Back & Arms Lipo done almost 3 weeks ago. A little info with my surgery recovery experience, let me tell you the first week was horrible! It was very very very uncomfortable. I had to depend on everyone for EVERYTHING. So please, if you're going to get surgery done, I recommend you have someone caring and patient with you at all times. I experienced discomfort and soreness while getting on the bed, getting up from bed, especially after having done no type of motion for a certain amount of time (mornings), walking (since you basically have to hunch while walking -in skiing position), going to the bathroom, and when you laugh, sneeze or cough..you WILL see stars due to the excruciating pain around your abdomen/scar area. I swear I asked myself why I put myself thru this. (But I promise this phase passes-and fairly quick) Lots of bruising (none on my tummy, all were on my back and arms due to lipo). I had & still have to sleep on my back. I also couldnt shower the first week, just use baby wipes and my drains were removed after week 1.

Week 2 went much smoother. The stitches were taken off at that time. I was able to do little things on my own with less help. Like walking more straight, which alleviated the back pain, lifting myself up from bed and minor things. I was also able to start showering too which was great. Im now on almost 3 weeks and last night I was able to do a little dancing, but veey light bc I did tire easily. Everyday does get better. Im still wearing my girdle, which are tight shorts and high waisted. My abdomen area is wey bulky and hard at this time due to healing process, but i heard this should go down in a couple of weeks. My abdomen area where scrbis located is also numb, although my aides arent anymore. I still have fat on my back although the rolls have resuced dramatically. The current rolls I have now after surgery are super hard and hurt a lot. I kindda get a soreness feeling and its super stiff. Im undergoing massages now so they will loosen up and keep going down with time, hopefully.

Im going to load pics frm first and second week (with girdle on) Before surgery pics will be coming soon. Any questions, please ask. :)
