Tummy Tuck and Lipo Done by Dr. Asmin Aquino - Dominican Republic, DO

I am trying to find my post op pictures I changed phones so please bare with me and I will upload them soon thanks I am losing a lot of weight since now I am trying to eat at least 2 meals a day.

getting there was hard once you landed in DR it was extremely hard because every one spoke only Spanish and I did not. Once I found my driver he took me to the clinic and they did the requirements needed to have the surgery done. I did the blood work, the x-ray and saw the cardiologist and then I got cleared. It was scary at first and his assistant came in and collected the payments needed for everything. Then the next day I had my surgery the wierd thing happen I woke up on the table at the end and once they realized I was up they put me back out. Then i woke up in my room no pain just uncomfortable. When you caugh it did hurt. I through up and that hurt as well but once I did I felt so much better. Dr. Aquino comes and check on you as well as his assistant they were and are a wonderful team. however the some of the nurses or aides were a little rude but it didnt matter because the majority was extremely nice and pleasant. The I spent another night there and then Jacquline the owner of the recovery house came and picked me up and took me to the house my room was upstairs it was hard at first however her family and workers there took very good care of you. You received 3 meals a day and snack it was great. Some of the Ladies there were nice some were horrible. But again not there to make friends if you did it was nice but if you didnt it was ok as well. i was exttemely big and he did a wonderful job. I do have to go back in October to get more lipo but now I am not scared and he is a wonderful physician so I do not have to worry. In the house you find out about other doctors and the problems their patients go through. One lady had to have a blood transfusion and others have major complications. Dr. Aquino only had 3 patients there and we were all good no problems and we are all friends now as well. Many doctors down there had 5 and 6 patients they did in a day which was crazy to me. Dr. Aquino only does 2 patients a day that's all. He make sure his patient have one on one time with him. I will always recommend him. This is almost my second month and I am still swollen a little but I am told it can last up to six months. I am very happy with the results so far and more to come I will up date pictures later.
