So a week ago I had to go to the ER because I was have pain in my pelvic area so they had to do my blood work and I must say I was very impressed with my hgc level the last time I got blod work done was in may or so and itmwas at a very low 6 because I'm anemic and I wasn't taking my iron pills like I was suppose to but I have been goin hard for about almost 3wks now and when imgot my blood work back it said my hgc was 12.3 HEYYYYYY look at me!!! I want my levels at a strong 14 when I go so I can get everything I want. Now I'm trying to change my food habits huhhhh its very hard but I'm getting there Im drinking fruit, veggie smoot
