My garment
I wear 4 foam pads, 4 folded thin hand towels and a folded triangular shaped towel to give me the shelf, heart shape. 2 foam pads goes in the front to help the swelling and flatten my abdomen. 2 foam pads goes against my sides of my back. The folded towels are placed on top (horizontal) to also help reduce swelling and flatten those areas. The triangular towel is placed right in the center of my lower back so I can get that heart shape effect!
