Much needed update
So it's been a while since I updated..don't know where to begin. So I flew back home after 6 days and was planning on returning to work the very next day.. That didn't end up working out, I was extremely swollen from the plane ride and in so much pain! I was forced to take off another week off work. I am still sore till this day though not as bad. Arnica pills and bromelaine helped so much with the swelling and bruising. I started lymphatic massages last week and I've been putting a cotton ball in my belly button because it pretty much looks like it collapsed. I am experiencing some sudden swelling and bruising/redness on one of my hips even after 4 weeks..I'm thinking its necrosis but really hope it's not. The other hip sort of just deflated. I am going to be bringing my faja to be taken in tomorow because it seems as though it's not tightening enough to shrink my waist. Also 2 weeks in I started to experience intense itching!! I literally cried! Benadryl has helped a lot with that. Most of my incisions are healing fine except for one under my armpit, there was a stitch sticking out and went on the Internet to try and find a solution. I was advices to pull it out as much as I could and cut it. I did that and it healed over but it is a bit swollen and red. My garment is causing creasing when I sit and caused me to get a line across my stomach that I pray will go away! I also got a burn from the garment that I have been using bio oil on. So far my experience has not been good and I don't think this is something I will ever do again. I wish I could fast forward and be totally healed.
Drain removal
I got my drain removed today at the doctors office and it was painful as hell (burning sensation). They gave me the ok to get massages starting today.
