Why is it that when many girls get a BBL, from the side view, it doesn't look drastically different from their pre op but from the back view it looks more full?

Has anyone seen any real BBL work from Dr. Osak Omulepu? He's located in Miami, FL. I think he is relatively new because he is currently running a too good to be true special on BBL for $3900. I had not seen enough work from him.
