Starting my Journey -Miami fl

Ok so my procedure was December 22nd at 7 am I went in for my evaluation the day before. When I got there it was not crowded because I came in at 9 and was out by 1.I had already done my labs with my primary care physician and was cleared. I met with Dr Hasan whom is a very nice and professional man. His assistant is very nice as well. He gets straight to the point. You tell him exactly what you want and he will make his recommendations .nothing to eat or drink after 10 pm the night before surgery. I arrived surgery day at 630. Everything went smoothly I met with Dr Hassan once more to have my body marked as well as the anesthesiologist and assistants. Now it was time the nurse took me into the room cleaned my skin down with an antiseptic, the anesthesiologist came in and the next thing I remember I woke up in recovery. Now ladies the pain is real!! For the first 2 days I felt really soar. After that gradually as the days passed I started to feel better and better. For the first week I slept alot. I stayed at a really nice and inexpensive hotel named Wishes on the same street as vanity about 10 min away. I payed less than $200 for 2 nights.
I am now almost 2 weeks post op and just getting back to my regular routines it's still hard for me to bend or lift heavy objects but in time that will gradually come back dr Hasan is a great surgeon and i would recommend him to anyone. Despite the negative things you will find when you Google him. I am very happy with my results well worth it

so it's official received my pre op instructions. It's getting real.

well ladies I am 13 days away a little excited and nervous at the same time i have done all my labs today again because my previous labs were too old cannot be more than 30 days. My primary doctor has cleared me for the surgery so there I am all good. Now i have seen ladies writing about their journeys but what about giving tips on the after care such as information on affordable lymph massage places anyone know of any in NEWYORK (once i get back home) and one in miami while iam there? Also i need some help on this but chair that i seen people making cutting out the middle part does it really work? I have gotten all my other supplies need faja, lipo foam, lipo ab board, arnica gel, ez pee urinal, is there anything else iam missing? help anyone
