Ok my beautiful dolls sorry I haven't updated in a while been super busy and I use my ig alot to update. Ok so my measurements are bust 32 waist 28 hips and bum 43.
Ok so first of all I would like to say that in regards to results you want you will see a dramtic change and if you are careful and watch what u eat after 6 weeks after surgery then you will be fine.
Im here to tell you that its life changing the confidence you will feel is amazing. Ladies I cant stress enough how important it is to wear your faja wear it day and night it is compression that you need to help the swelling go down. After 3 months po which I am you can exercise so now I am going to do that and hopefully this should enhance my results I am hoping to achieve a 26 waist and then I just need to maintain it.[RS bleep]
Oh for swelling I hear if you juice pineapple, cellery and cucumber suppose to work very well to bring the swelling down quicker, I still have swelling so im going to try it without pineapple and replace with something else as I cant eat pineapple.
I am going to continue to wear my faja for another 3 months as not everyones swelling goes down after 3 months so ladies be prepared to wear it for 6 months but its like my second skin now doesnt bother me at all, so you do get used it.
Ladies be patient and wait as your waist will continue to shrink just be sensible in your diet and you will be fine.xxxx

Girls im feeling happy with my results I still swelling simply because I can feel it but I feel that I'm healing well and confidence it has given me is unreal.
