It's official DR>SALAMA IT IS..........BBL JUST IN TIME FOR THE SUMMERRRRRR ;-)

OK so first off i'm not new to real self nor PS but let me tell you. All the reviews and youtube videos in the world didn't prepare me for my BBL. I've been researching doctors and watching reviews for the BBL for about 2 years. I had a breast augmentation last year with Dr.Ghurani and after I knew I wanted a BBL because I gained weight after my kids and got lazy with going to the gym but after I decided to get back in the gym I had stubborn areas that would not leave. So I made my apt w/SAlama and did my consult via email with pictures, got my quote made an appt. This is when [RS bleep] got real the anticipation of your actual surgery day THE COUNTDOWN. I was trying to buy everything I saw someone else buy supplies gels pills pillows all kinds of crap that you don't need. I REPEAT DONT NEED. ONLY BRING WHAT YOUR DOCTOR TELLS YOU. ALL THE OTHER IS A WASTE OF MONEY. Ruben Nomie Zumie and my fav massage Iris are going to become your best friends, they are so up to par and helpful and available. I was initially suppose to get my surgery done 2 weeks prior and freaked out bc of complication with my bloodwork so I was stressed and panicked and kind of got discouraged bc I thought I would have to wait until next year to get another appt. but Ruben promised to get me back in and he did I really appreciate him for being a man of his word because I've heard lots of stories of other places once they get your deposit you aren't promised the date you want and if you cant do the date given they will take your money so thank GOD for them being so professional. ok moving along, I made it to Miami the day before but met with Dr.Salama the day of my surgery. I love how straight up he is and I went in telling him what I wanted to fix about myself and I didn't have wish pics or anything I basically knew what I wanted my body to look like. Everyones body is different so don't get all wrapped up in expectations of wish pics lets be realistic and you will be fine. I told him I want my waste tiny he was like yea I know you want it SNATCHED. OMG that was the funniest [RS bleep] to hear him say but he was absolutely right and when I tell you I am snatched hunny He over exceeded my expectations. Right now i'm only 6 days post op and my body is QUEEN HOURGLASS..........Ok so look for my next post with pictures from day one I forgot to upload them to my laptop,,BRB

This will be kinThis is going to be kind of short because I'm still in pain and I feel kind of weak but overall I still think it was worth it Dr Salama and his staff were so helpful and so encouraging I don't know what I would do without him can't think of the other nurses that she was like super helpful and I'll tell you all later in the review when I'm feeling better but the first day of mg I was in so much pain like I've never been in that much pain in my life felt like the 18-wheeler hit me like Amazon oh my gosh like I was so sore like I couldn't walk but I was like how the hell am I supposed to go to the bathroom gets in the car do anything if I can't sit on my butt I don't know yeah my first day was hell I'm not going to even lie you have to be well you know what I take that back there is nothing that's going to prepare you for this surgery you just need to make sure you have all your supplies and everybody bill collector come to your house and I mean everything and you need to make sure you get that Boppy Pillow or whatever you're going to be using because you're going to get tired of laying down all day all day long but then I will tell you the most important thing throughout this whole thing like especially on your first days is eating because my second a follow-up my blood pressure was 82 / 60 and they had to give me lots of fluid and that's because I didn't you have to force yourself to eat and drink lots of water and lots of Gatorade but like you just have to eat eat eat eat my dreams they were draining pretty fast was a good thing but you have to eat I can't stress that enough how important it is because I was so weak I was super weak if it wasn't for my fiance being there I don't know how it made it through this I'm still struggling but I can tell some improvement like I feel a little better today which is on my date 3 he took the Garment off of me with my boyfriend and he put me in the shower and that is let that water run all over my back like it felt like a bit like I couldn't stand up that long because I felt like I was getting dizzy or I was going to faint so I just got in the tub on all four and let him turn the shower on and he gave me with that the hibiclens skin cleanser cousins it's important not to let your eyes get infected I did see a lot of people talking about the Arnica Gel for bruising and stiffness my boyfriend put it on me twice I think I don't really know if I saw a difference he said my boobs and ass lightening up a little bit I guess butt I think most of the time he does it it's after I take pain pills so I wouldn't know the damn difference this is going to be kinda short cuz I'm still a man and I feel kind of week but overall I still think it was worth it Dr salon my and his staff force so helpful and so encouraging I know what I would do without him can't think of all the nurse that she was like super alpha like I'll tell you all later in there if you want to feeling better but the first day oMG I was in so much pain like I've never been in that much pain in my life I felt like 18 wheeler hit me like a sauna my gosh like I was so sore like I couldn't walk but I was like how the hell am I supposed to go to the bathroom gets in the car do anything if I can't sit on my butt I don't know but yeah my first day was hell I'm not going even lie you have to be well you know what I think that back there is nothing that's going to prepare you for the surgery you just need to make sure you have all your supplies and a resume with the butter toast to have and I mean everything and even make sure you get that Boppy pillow or whatever you're going to be using cuz you going to get tired of land down all day all day long but then I will tell you the most important thing throughout this whole thing like especially on your first days is eating cuz my second a follow up my blood pressure was 82 over 60 and they had to get me lots of fluid and nuts because I didn't meet you at the force yourself to eat and drink lots of water and lots of Gatorade like you just have to eat eat eat eat some my dreams David raining pretty fast is a good thing but you have to eat I can't stress that enough out for tonight is cuz I was so weak I was super weekend if it wasn't for my fiance being there I don't know how it made it through this I'm still struggling but I can tell some improvement like I feel a little better today which is on my date 3 um he took the garment off of me where my boyfriend do and you put me in a shower and I does let that role water run all over my back like it felt like Kevin like I couldn't stand up that long because felt like I was getting dizzy or I was going to think so I just got in the tub on all four and let him Turner shower on and he baby with that the high Brooklyn's skin cleanser cousins is important.
