Merry Christmas Happy New Year Dolls 7 weeks POst Op Update

Quickie update:
7 weeks today. incisions and belly button has healed . I found my belly button has opended like 3 weeks ago ( because I never kept still . Literally was somewhere everyday walking around and sound stuff I shouldn't have ) but I just cleaned it but the a&d ointment on it and took it easy for the next week or two and it closes right up) .

I had to purchase a stage 2 garment ( I ordered a small/ medium from ebay) about 2 weeks ago since the 1st one stopped working the week I got home ... It's now loose... I need an XS one my mother seems to think its right enough but in so used to wearing girdles so I like it to be extra tight it feels better that way ( my opinion) ..

My boobs are jiggly ( right nipple has no feeling yet .. Left one has feeling. They both are always hard( the nipple that is) . I went and got measured for a bra last week and I'm officially a 36D...... BOMB.COM.... Who knew I thought I wanted a c cup but I needed a d cup they look perfect on my body frame !!!!! I guess the doctor really does know best...

Since I'm all healed now I want to start on these scars--- tell me some good stuff to use to reduce the scars ladies !!!!!!

Packing for surgery

So I followed a couple of people on here with what to pack as well as the email that dr. Robles sent about what I would need ( cotton balls, qtips, medical tape, gauze , hibiclens , gloves and all that stuff ) I needed none of that stuff until I got home . Save the money in luggage weight and leave that home . I don't know of recovery houses vary but I didn't need any gloves and any Meds . Vitamins and all that either . The doctor sends you to the recovery house with enough vitamins and medication to last for the 10 day stay ( you may only need a stronger pain med just incase you have a lot of pain) . You go to her and she changes and cleans all your bandages . You won't need
To clean by your self at all.. The ladies at the house have gloves and stuff for when they are changing the drains and putting the cream on you. I didn't use a whole pack of wipes because if course they have towels so I used that to clean off . The wife beater to shirts were useless for me as well .. The faja wasn't that uncomfortable on my skin so I didn't need that . Underwear wasn't needed ( dr Robles made me take them off when I had them on with the faja ) .... What I did use was the pads to make the faja feel better... My compression socks were needed . Night gowns ( loose ones) .. Loose fitting maxi dresses or clothing ..... Slippers ...

I most definitely recommend. Bringing food/ snacks from home . My husband came and thank god because I was having major withdrawals ... fOOd withdrawals ... He brought me hard candy, chocolate ,chips, juice, water ( the water there was nasty in my opinion) , cheese, crackers, soup just some of the stuff I was craving .

Update . Day 13 post op!

Made it back to the States on Friday. Airport/ Flight was GrEat... Wheelchair through so we got to skip the lines! Best thing in the world!!! Lol....

Still no pain. Sides are going down . I must say I was expecting the worse pain and I have felt absolutely none. Yesterday I guess I was moving too much and my drain came out a little bit. I tried to figure out why it wasn't draining but couldn't so after I took it out this morning I figured it out, lol... No pain doing that either just came right out!

Comfort level is getting better by the day. If you can stand a tighter garment wear one it helps. When I got home I traded the original faja for my waist trainer I've had for a couple of months and I felt so much better after a couple of days bc the hardness started to ease up probably due to the added pressure of my waist trainer ( cause it is tighhhtttttttttttttt) . At first I felt some type of way because it wasn't this tight pre-op but duhhh I'm swollen....

Been taking my vitamins and drowning in water... I urinate all damn day too , which is a good thing ...

My boobs are getting heavy as the days go by.. Initially I couldn't really feel them weight wise but yesterday I began feeling them as well as my nipples got hard ( whoop whoop) so I guess those are good signs .
