Girls it's been an extremely long day... Soo last time I posted on real self my heart was set on dr yily no one else!! And long story short I still think she's amazing and she has a set community here on real self! *Butt* I had a huge change of hart a few months ago after majorly researching another doctor...

I don't know why one day while lurking on all you sisters pgs I came up on reviews from Dr Campos de Leon .... so I decided to give him a look
to me while looking for a dr I would look at before and afters not price or location just the body's that looked like mine to see who could give me the result I was looking for my body type... I pretty much never looked to much into any other dr after finding yily! Because I loved everything about her... But then came campos!
lol So for dr campos I pretty much researched that crap out of him hahaa day and night made several calls to Angie with all my questions she was great! And she would immediately answer back
I'm only 120 Lbs and have a small frame i already liked my Latina shape just needed that booty nothing crazy just normal Jen Steller kinda booty :)) and his before and afters where on a lot more girls that actually had my body tipe the most before and afters on girls like me that I had seen! which ment he had experience on my thin shape.... 100 points for that already lol ... I decided to give them a call along with an email which included my goals my expectations my concerns and full boody pictures and only one wish pick because mmm I dunno I went into this thinking about how my body would look not anyone else's soo I didn't have a set wish pic more of a set guide line **again do your research look at several pics look at what the dr has achieved with girls that have your body shape! ** because he can't rebuild ****you ***your bone structure and shape I feel is still yours there's only so much he can do ya know... ***Personal opinion once again***
So I always say go into it know what you are looking for for your body and for a dr who has worked with your body type before ...Anyhow it took me 2 years before choosing a dr yes yes two years looked up in the US and finally decided to go with dr campos de Leon in tj** there's soo much background but I don't wanna bore you guys if you have questions about what I did research wise email message me ***
Side note I live 3hrs from tj so that also was a huge deciding factor
*** also girls I felt confurtalbe going to tj I wasn't nervous our scared my uncle is a dr in Mexico so I know first hand how many amazing drs there is outside the USA but again doooo what feels right to you no doubt even if it's a little more money go with the dr your heart tells you to!**
I chose my dr by his Brazilian butt lift work! Nothing else the dr does other procedures but I'm not a big fan of them... See the way I see it ppl are good at certain things like that's what they specialize In kinda thing.. For example for my manicure and pedicure I always use two different lady's one does a bomb gel mani the and another does a great job on my toes I'm really picky on how they are trimmed lol same with my hair I have one colorist and one girl who cuts my hair yes there both good at what they do and can do both but I know one is a little better at one thing then the other so with that being said I wasnt a fan of dr Leon's boob jobs lol. MY PERSONAL opinión ;)) but again it all falls back to what YOU are looking for I will be having my boobs done with dr Arnold in west hills so believe I didn't go to dr campos because of the price I went to him because of his work!

Soo honestly I felt the days leading up to my surgery to be quick and simple iv been mentally prepared for two years so time just flew by i got mentally prepared and knew this was what I wanted and had the full support of family and close friends :)

So aside from the cost of the surgery here are my extras

To start everything off my first big purchase was the Make Me Heal pre op post op pills I got a sweet deal when I purchased them and got some silicon gel strips for scars and some arnica pills and disinfecting soap along with other extra stuff...
Those pills I got 3 weeks before surgery and started to take them 2 weeks before along with just eating lean meats and lots if pineapple juice. :) and working out lightly

Side note ***I split my extra expenses in there pay checks leading up to my surgery that way I didn't have a huge chunk of money being waisted at once ***

** HOTEL **
I decided to just get a hotel instead of a recovery home because my sisters was coming to take care of me and since I was only doing a Brazilian Buttlift I felt I would be fine.. We stayed at real del rio right next door to where dr campos de Leon offices are at... It's supper clean nice pretty much achieved it's purpose lol I didn't need anything fancy but the decor was really nice and there's a yummy restaurant inside so food is walking distance --- as for tv I came prepared with my own set of DVDs and lots of homework lol gotta keep busy

For a total of five nights i payed $489.FOR THE ROOM only ***

**** Side note I speak fluent Spanish I'm a US citizen but iv traveled too Mexico several times with family and friends soo I will say be careful with the taxi drivers ask before you get in how much in PESOS if your paying with pesos will they charge you for a ride to and from the hotel or to and from the airport! It shouldn't be more then $5 or 60 pesos depending soo please be careful with tourist they up the charge! Unless you speak Spanish to them they kinda know they can't mess with you lol!

-SURGERY-

Day of surgery :))) I left my house 3:30 am to be in tj by 7:30 am
We parked the car at boarder station parking outside of tj the cost was $7 weekdays and $10 weekends

Grabbed a taxi to the dr office checked in at exactly 7:30 am filled out paper work met the dr told him I wanted to be realistic nothing that wouldn't look nice on my body shape I'm only 5'2 and don't wanna be all ass either lol... He agreed with me said a little more hip in my dents would be great but most of all he would focus on my flat top booty.. After that I got all set up and was given two relaxing pills :)) the girls are supper awesome I was talking to them the entire time kinda forgot I was having surgery lol. They injected me with an IV which at first made me feel sick but that went away fast.... . [RS bleep] 9 or 930am not exactly sure on the time they had me in the surgery room converging me with that yellow brown disinfecting stuff :) again everyone is soo sweet and kind that I was not nervous at all I was a little sleepy by then tho I'm guessing that was do to the IV

And yea that's all I remember girls next thing I knew I was in the recovery room noooo pain what so ever!! I know I know that's crazy I dunno if I just went into this thinking I was gunnna be in the worst pain of my life or what but I honestly felt like I had just done a really good workout with weights and a hike and was sore from the work out the night before lol
My pain I would say is from 1-10 mmm 3 maybe 4 and that's when I first wake up if that lol
I feel like all the preparation I did before surgery like eating clean and taking my pre op pills alll helped with me feeling good...
Yea there's pain here and there but nothing unbearable

DAY 2
What else mmm well today I woke up extra sore hehe just getting up was the hard part ya know your muscles just waking up! I had to pee a lot during the night and I emptied my little tub/ pouch that collects your fluids 3 times ;)


****FOOD *******
For food I'm eating extremely lean meals like chicken soup veggies fish.. Lots of fluids fruit some yogurt

****As for my massages ***
I was given 5 complimentary massages :)) which made me a happy camper since there usually $40 and since I will only be here from Thursday *day of surgery* to Tuesday** total of 6 days and SUNDAY they are closed I requested to have my first massage today Friday instead of Saturday because I'm honestly in very little pain I feel I'm up for it... And I wanna do as many as I can before I leave.. Massages are key !!!

I will be going out to site see with my sister today and walk around I think that's what's more important do some light walking to keep your blood flowing! Don't just lay in bed all day girlies you wanna make sure your keeping your body moving nothing crazy but moving nevertheless!

We have also included relevant information on the requested procedures and as well as important things you should know before and after surgery. The above quote total includes the following procedures:

· Liposuction of the abdomen, full back, armpits, flanks and waist

· One compression garment (distributed by SILIMED)

Medications:
The following medications will be prescribed to you after surgery. The costs of these medications are not included in your quote total. You may purchase these medications at any local pharmacy here for approximately $250 or in your country. Please note some medications and/or doses may not be available in your country without a prescription.
· HEPARIN 40 MG: Subcutaneous injection 1 per day for 8 days.
This medication is prescribed to prevent blood clots.
· CLAVULIN (CLAVULANIC ACID AND AMOXICILINE) 1GR: Take 1 every 24 hours for 10 days.
This medication is an antibiotic prescribed to combat infection.
· RONEX: Take 2 tablets together the first 3 days every 6 hours, then at 4th day
Take 1 every 8 hours for 10 days.
· FINITACID (ESOMEPRAZOL) 40 MG: Take 1 every 12 hours for 10 days.
This medication is prescribed to combat heartburn and acid reflux
· FERROUS SULFATE: Take 1 tablet every 12 hours for 30 days.
This medication is commonly known as IRON. It is prescribed to combat iron deficiency.
· THROMBOCID OR ARNICA CREAM: Apply on the operated area 2 times a day for 10 days.
This cream is prescribed to combat bruising and swelling.
· VITAMIN C 500 MG: Take 1 tablet every 12 hours for a month.
· FOLIC ACID 10 MG: Take 2 tablets per day for 15 days.

Before Surgery:
· Your Hemoglobin Level must be no less than 12.0. Start taking vitamins, B complex, ferrous sulfate (Iron), folic acid & vitamin C approx. 3 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date. No prospective patient will be operated on if their hemoglobin level is not at least 12.0
· Your Body Mass Index (BMI) needs to be below 35. So the anesthesiologist can work with you.
· Pre-operative test will be completed at our clinic either the day before your surgery or the morning of your surgery. We will not under any circumstances accept pre-operative test results conducted outside of our clinic.
· It is recommended you visit a cardiologist prior to your scheduled surgery date. You want to ensure you take every measure to ensure you are in good health before your surgery. The tests you want to have done are an EKG & radiography.
· It is also recommended you have blood work done prior to scheduled surgery date. Again you want to ensure you are healthy enough to have surgery. The tests you want to have done are Creatinine, Glucose, full blood count & Hematocrit.
· Stop smoking and/or taking drugs.
· It is recommended you have a doctor or nurse available in your country to drain your liquids if needed upon your return.

What to bring:
· You will need to provide identification with a photo in order to complete your admission. (Government issued ID, Passport or Driver’s License)
· You need to bring loose clothes. Example maxi dress, sweats, button down shirt, etc.
· T-Shirt/tank top to wear under your garment.
· Box of baby wipes
· Kotex (menstrual pads). Thick ones. (To be placed under your garment to provide cushion)
· Socks

Scheduling Your Surgery Date:
Select the date you would like to have surgery. We recommend you plan your date accordingly, allowing yourself to remain in the country for two weeks. If you cannot stay two weeks, you must stay for minimum of 15 days so we can guarantee that you leave out of risk. Please take into account the procedures you want to have. The more procedures you have, the longer you should stay. In order to confirm and guarantee your surgery date, you must secure your date with a MINIMUM deposit of $500 (NON-REFUNDABLE). A deposit is required as a show of good faith that you are serious about having surgery. In the past we have scheduled patients for surgery who did not show up. We apologize we cannot guarantee a surgery date without a deposit. Verbal confirmation a date is available for surgery does not guarantee you that date. Surgeries are scheduled on first come basis when the deposit is made. Once your deposit is made please send me an email with a photo attached of the deposit slip receipt. The deposit date and amount must be visible. I will respond to your email confirming your date is guaranteed. You must retain the deposit receipt and present it the day of surgery to receive credit for the deposit, if you don’t bring it I won’t be able to deduct it from your quote)


Confirming Your Date:
I’m not receiving deposits currently. I’m having some inconvenients with my bank account. I’m working on it. Meanwhile, I can confirm your date with your flight information.

Payment Forms:
The balance of your surgery must be paid prior to your surgery. You can pay the morning of your surgery at the clinic. I only accept cash. You may pay in US dollars or Dominican pesos. I don’t accept financing, credit card, care credit, money orders, bank check or personal checks.

About the procedures:
The day of surgery
You have to fast the day of surgery so don't eat or drink anything but water. You have to be in the clinic at 7 am, you’ll have the test done, the consultation with me and then the surgery. One of my assistant will be with me to translate and for a better communication.

After surgery
I will give you instructions and recommendations for your recovery. You will stay 1 night in the clinic. You have to wear the garment for 3 months and can’t spend more than 45 minutes a day without it during these months.

Anesthesia
We usually use continuous epidural block. Although some patients prefer general anesthesia, it is at the discretion of the anesthesiologist. He is a trusted professional and knows what anesthesia is the best for each patient.

Breast Augmentation
The implants are placed under the muscle. The stitches are absorbable; they do not need to be removed. I do not transfer fat to breast because of the issue of breast cancer.

Tummy tuck
The tummy tuck scar/incision is 4cm from the pubic line. I use stitches that dissolve, so they do not have to be removed. I cannot tell you how many inches your waist will be reduced as that is dependent on your diastasis and the separation of your muscles. This will be determined during surgery. You will have a drain after surgery that will collect excess fluid. This drain will be removed in 7-14 days, depending on your recovery. Please note it is recommended you wait at least 1 year to get pregnant after having this procedure.

BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift)
This procedure entails grafting fat from other areas of your body and injecting it into your buttocks. I cannot determine how much fat I can graft before surgery. The amount of fat injected in the buttocks will depend on how much fat your buttocks can accept and your hip size. The fat will be injected in all directions as long as it does not compress the sciatic nerve. Too much fat injected in the buttocks can cause necrosis or form abscesses. This mainly occurs when the patient does not have proper post-op care. After having a BBL you CAN sit on your butt and sleep on your back.

Important notice about BBLs: Most of the butts in the “wish pics” that some of my patients send me are made of PMMA. I do not use PMMA. I solely do fat grafting and inject the fat in the buttock. I will always try to give my patients their desired results, but we have to be aware that there are limits when injecting fat.
