Vanity Cosmetic is HORRIBLE. Keep searching else where. They are so unorganized and it will be on your expense. I should have listened to the sign the first time that I was boarding the plane to Miami to get my surgery and they called me to cancel my surgery...Did I mention I was boarding the plane? I lost $300 for ticket and missed wages from work.
The second time they canceled my surgery stating I had a UTI...I was surprised at this claim. I called my primary doctor and was tested negative for a UTI. The last a final straw was getting a call 5 days before my new surgery date that I needed to loose 15lbs in order for Dr. Fisher to perform the surgery. After this point I decided to cancel, as it would be impossible for me to loose that much weight in set time.
I called to cancel my appointment and requested a refund. for 2 weeks they would not start my refund process,yet I received countless calls for me to reconsider. I had NO doubt that I would never recondiser. I finally got the refund process started and was told that it would take 4-8 weeks to received a check in the mail (regular mail) after 2 months passed I did not received refund. I called to inquiry and to my surprise they did not send check. I was told they would send again but again I got countless excuses and unanswered calls. They told me they could deposit 1000 dollars in my account everyday until I receive full payment. At this point I did not trust them with my bank info and insisted that they mail the check.
I was promised by Magaly that on the 6th of Nov. the check would be mailed out and I would received a tracking number by 5pm on that day....of course that did NOT HAPPEN! it's now been over 2 months and I'm still trying to get my refund back from these people $4,850.00 of my money. These people lie and make excuses and have putting me through utterly hell.
RUUUUUUUN! GOD FORBID IF YOU HAVE THE SURGERY AND SOMETHING HAPPENS THAT YOU NEED THEM. ALL YOU WILL GET IS LIES AND EXCUSES!1!!!

And I haven't even began getting or looking for things I will need to take with me:( What's wrong with me:(

I decided to stay at a hotel 10min away from Vanity so can fare shldnt be a issue. Plus the hotel had an airport shuttle which is a plus.
Now I just hv to prepare mentally more than anything!!!
