So I found out yesterday that I'm anemic. I told my pcp about getting a tummy tuck so she told me to take iron supplements, plus vitamin d, b12, and prenatal vitamins to get my levels up and we'll retest in 30 days. I spoke with dra Baez (whatsapp) and told her about my anemia and she said I'll be fine but my hemoglobin has to be at least 12 to get it done. So on top of trying to lose 15lbs now I have to pop several pills/gummies a day. Does anyone have any advice to help get my levels up?

Hello dollz, after years of going up and down in weight I'm ready to make a real lifestyle change. I've contacted dr Baez (because I love the way her tt look) to see what she can do to make me look great (I already look good ????). She suggested a full tt with lipo to the upper and lower back and flanks, and a bbl. Im thinking ill pass on the bbl because I already have lots of ass. I'm super excited and ready to get it done.
