I submitted a request for consult through RealSelf on Sunday and was contacted by Dr. Duran's Surgicoordinator on Monday! I was advised to complete a survey and upload photos via a hyperlink provided in the response email. I completed the survey (same day) on Monday and received a response informing me that my case will be reviewed and a response provided within 24-48 hours. On Tuesday (next day), I received an email response with Dr. Duran's response and a price quote. I contacted the coordinator via Whatsup app about making a deposit and booking a date on Tuesday evening and she responded to my questions on Wednesday morning. She instructed me to make a deposit through PayPal and they will confirm my surgery date thereafter. I'm on track to make my deposit and book my surgery (which the date I requested is available) on Friday! What a difference five days make! So far, things are smooth! The only concern I have is that I never once spoke directly with Dr. Duran.
