I chose Dr. Tania Medina! Medina Doll (Soon to be)
Well after a few more quotes, countless hours on RS and most importantly after speaking with her, I have decided to go with Dr. Tania Medina. She is very knowledgeable and her work is great. I haven't seen much of her work with women of my size, however I am very hopeful. I'm gonna send in my deposit next week to secure my date (which I'm still not sure of yet) but I'm hoping for early June. Now that the craziness of choosing a Dr is over, now on to the losing weight and stopping smoking part. If I want to get all the procedures done at once, I need to be in optimal health and I don't want to jeopardize my health or results because I cant put the damn cancer sticks down for a few months.
I must say that any interactions with Dr. Medina have been pleasant. So far we have only communicated via email but she is good about staying in contact with me. Lawd knows I have had many questions just in the past 48 hours lol so that's saying a lot. I know it seems like I have so much time before my sx but I know the time will go fast especially since I plan to do as much here as possible so I can save as much $$ as possible.
I cant even begin to describe how helpful these reviews are! There are so many things to consider when doing any PS but this whole 4 procedure MM is a doozie! Sometimes I wonder if I am making the right decision to do them all at once, but I am a realist so its really now or never for me. I can only pray that God will bless this journey and it will be in His will. Amen! Wish me luck on my journey to quit smoking and lose 20 pounds!

I have been reviewing doctors in the Dominican Republic for about 3 weeks now. I have received quotes from 2 out of my top 4 doctors and I am currently waiting for my other 2 quotes before I make my final decision. I am so excited to start this journey and begin my quest for the new me. I am so nervous about the pain I keep reading about in the reviews. I must say that RS has been a huge help for me. Reading other's experiences has helped me make my decisions. Especially for those of us who are getting our surgeries out of the country those reviews are EVERYTHING to us lol. So as I begin my journey, I thought it would be important to document everything for the next girl like me looking for insight. I searched high and low to try to find someone with my similar body type, weight, height and same surgeries to get an idea of healing time, looks, etc. I mean I know everyone heals differently and all that but we still sometimes need to see someone who looks like us go through the same thing. I want a TT, lipo, breast lift with implants and a BBL just for fun! lol just fill it out a lil bit!
As for me, Im 5'11 basically 6ft with any shoe on, and a solid 250. I am an amazon lol. I have always been thick and solid, I was athletic all through school and some after but once those kids started rolling out, I had a harder and harder time dropping the weight. (Not that I truly tried, you don't really HAVE to in your 20s). But LAWD knows now I'm so sick of looking like a jellyroll every time I take my clothes off! Anywhooo.... lol that's enough for now. I will update with the current quotes I have later but I gotta get some work done now... TTYL RS loves! Have a blessed day!
