“Disappointed with juvederm injections in lips”
Lip augmentation: NOT worth it
Cost: $2,000
Pain: Uncomfortable
Pain: Uncomfortable
Lip augmentation satisfaction: Poor
I do not recommend my Lip augmentation provider: Name not provided
Why: Although my doctor did work with my by cutting the price of the injections because of my disapointment, I am still not happy with my results at all.
I had Juvederm injected in my lips in June 2008. I like what I saw until 2 days later it looked as though I had nothing done to them. Cost of this was $600.
I went back in October 2008 and had Botox and Restalyne injected into my lips. Cost of this was $650. This also lasted about 2 days.
In February I had Juvederm Ultra Plus and Botox and Prevelle injected into my lips. I loved the way I looked for 2 weeks, then again disappointment.
I have now spent $2000 and look as the same as when I started. I am very upset and disappointed in the whole process. I will not be spending one more dime on lip injections.

Don't go back to that doctor. It's not about the filler, it's about the filler. Your doctor clearly didn't know what he/she was doing. Sorry you wasted so much money. I know people who have had Juvederm last on their lips for over a year, myself included.

Sorry you have had so much disappointment. You obviously really like the way they looked for those couple of days, else you wouldn't have kept going back. My advise is to look into something more permanent. I was thinking about fat transfers for myself but you have to be prepared to go 2-3 times because your body absorbs alot of the fat.(Wish it would absorb the fat on my hips!)
