Surgery Date set! 3/19/15-- 21yo 200lbs 5'7

So earlier today I had my pre op appointment!! So exciting getting closer yay!! To start off my appointment I met with another surgical nurse (can't remember her name) she was very friendly and informative! She went over complications of the surgery, massaging, and post op care. Dr. Burdens office requires massaging 3 days post op, no bra wearing I believe for 6 weeks only wearing the compression band to help the impacts drop. My incision site is going to be in the armpit, so no shaving after the procedure for a week as well as no deortarant as well. I can take a shower the next day (thank god!), but have to leave the bandage on the incisions for 3 days. For massaging like I said they require you start 3 days post op she only showed me 3 exercises; pushing and holding my implant in towards my chest wall, pushing them together and squeezing them, each exercise is to be done 30seconds at a time 5 times for each exercise, 10times a day. She also said she wants me to start stretching my arms the next day, yes it will hurt and be sharp pains but it will be good for my muscles. After that I signed some paper work, got my perscriptions and paid for my surgery in full. Also pre registered for my surgery which is March 19th at 11:30; but I have to be there at 10:30... They do call the day before your surgery to go over last minute items with you and to let you know of any changes in their schedule and your appointment time...

Pre op is in 3 day!! Woohoo! I'm still not sure if my PS requires wearing a bra after surgery, but if he does I bought some front close sports bras! I took some pictures for a before/after effect.
