I am a 48 year old woman, wife and mother. After having four children by vaginal birth, there were obvious changes in my vaginal appearance as well as functionality. I chose to deal with them for a long time - "battle scars", so to speak. When menopause brought on more complications - I found Dr. Aguirre for help. My surgery was both necessary and cosmetic as described above. I medically needed to have repairs in order to function normally. Due to this, parts of my care/surgery were covered by insurance. I am very lucky to have been able to complete the transformation and repair with the combination of both the medical and the cosmetic procedures. It was a large cost but when looking at it from an investment standpoint. I had to make the complete repair. It in essence was an investment in myself and the future life I wanted to be able to lead.
At this point in my recovery(4 weeks), I have seen Dr. Aguirre and his staff twice since my surgery. They have been available to me not only during office hours but after hours as well. I feel that they have taken very good care of me and have kept me informed and are gifted in this particular area of medicine. For some people this could be a very uncomfortable subject and I have not felt that once from my initial consultation to this time.
I am eager to view the final results in photographs at my final post op appt. The transformation so far is incredible already.

Dr. Aguirre and his staff are very easy to talk to and to get information from. From the nursing staff to the front desk, they are very available and put me at ease. The after care I received was very considerate and genuine as well as talented and professional. The surgery itself went well, I felt that I was truly in the best hands to get the care, repair and outcome I was hoping for.
