It was a great procedure! There was always the stubborn stomach fat I could not get rid of and was self conscious about. After the liposuction I feel better about my body! It gave me more motivation to work out harder and more often. Since the procedure I have joined cross fit and can actually see ab definition. The liposuction was a huge help towards my body goal!
