So far this is my experience . Fri July 27. 2012 I had dot laser therapy. I had read blogs on how terrible and painful it was so I was thinking about backing out. I went to the clinic with all my concerns. They answered every concern I had truefully and I felt quite comfortable about proceeding. Dr Grossman even ask if I was sure right before he started even though I was all numbed up and he was ready to start. The procedure wasn't pleasant but it was tolerable. The burning afterword was worse. I went home took a couple Advil laid down after re-applying aquaphor and in under an hour and a half the pain was gone. First day a breeze. Second day red kept applying aquaphor. Greasy hair face etc. Third day dot pattern all over my face. Feels sunburned. Look like I had a bad sunburn and it's peeling. Face feels like sandpaper and is kind of purple colored. Face feels very tight. Still can't be seen in public. Aquphor makes my face itchy but feels more moistened than the Pam hill moisture lotion. No change at all. My face looks exactly the same. Dr Grossmans office took a $400 deposit for a second treatment. Since I saw no results I decided not to fl it again. THE WEEK AFTER REALLY WAS AWFULL. No refund... Either way I wouldn't waste time or money. My girlfriend got artefill over a year ago and still looks great. That's what I'm going to do now.

wow, thats a shame you lost the $400.00, that is so not fair. Did they have something else you could use or is too late? I actually cancelled my appt. for jan 2nd. They are not so nice now as they were before, lol, what does that tell you? they are such sales people at them offices. They dont really care about the person, well they do until you give them your money then they dont...as been my experience anyways. I'm going to go tomorrow for some botox in my forehead which is what really bothers me the most. I've been using Rein A and am seeing some good results. Not sure why my profile pic does not show up, but you can see under my eyes and forehead how bad they look and that is why I want help with and was hoping the Dot would help that a bit. I'm still searching for the right product, I will ask about Artefil. thanks.
