I had my implant in for approx 3 years. I went into a Denver surgeon's office for a little lipo under the neck AND HE RECOMMENDED A CHIN IMPLANT - WOULD ENHANCE MY LOOKS! Don't fall for this crap! Why would anyone recommend something that never bothered you?? Only now do I realize how crappy this is. But I did it. SUCH A MISTAKE. First of all - if you are doing ANYTHING with your face... USE A FACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON - RECONSTRUCTIVE EVEN BETTER!! Never, ever use a body surgeon. YOU WANT SOMEONE THAT SPECIALIZES IN THE NECK UP! My chin implant insertion doctor put in an implant that was WAY TOO BIG FOR MY FACE. Note that your smile will change. Talking will change. YOU WILL FEEL THIS EVERY DAY YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH!! Unless you have something seriously wrong with your chin... DON'T DO THIS!! So for the better part of two years I hated everything about my new look. My great smile was GONE! FORCED! I started doing my homework and found Dr Menachof's office. From the gal that answered the phone, to the gal who helped with my consult, to the gal that took my pictures, to the gal that assisted in my removal TO THE DOCTOR HIMSELF... talk about a different more awesome vibe in the office and assistance AT EVERY TURN. The Doc did the most amazing job. It's been 2 days and I CAN SEE MY OLD FACE AGAIN!! I highly, highly suggest this Doctor's office and recommend you see him if you are doing ANYTHING to your face!! This is his main focus. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
