After having two kids and breastfeeding each baby...
After having two kids and breastfeeding each baby for about 16 months each, I was left with little to no boobs! Prior to being pregnant, I was barely a size A, which fit ok with my petite body.
I took my kids swimming this past summer and I was so embarrassed with my flat chest that I decided I should do something for myself and get a breast augmentation. I researched the various implants and implant procedures, risks, pictures, etc.
We met with Dr. Buford and after talking through implant sizing for my body proportions, I was content with the size we picked for me.
I was nervous about the surgery, as I'd never had anesthesia before and I wasn't sure how my recovery would go with a two-year-old and four-year-old at home. The surgery was easy, my pain was easily managed with advil after my surgery, and although I had some stinging pain for a few minutes each day for a few days, it was not painful at all. My scars are just in the crevice under my breasts and can only be seen when I lift my arms (shirtless). I wore a tank-top-like bra for almost 3 months and recently went and purchased new bras. I feel like a new woman! I am more confident in my figure and I can't wait to take my kids swimming this summer!

Dr. Buford was very professional and courteous. He informed me that he would not give me implants that made me look disproportionate, so the size we decided upon was very reasonable. My pre-op and post-op appointments have been quick and easy, but always covering the material I need to know and Dr. Buford is always available to answer any questions I have. I've reviewed a lot of breast implant pictures on-line and I am pretty confident that mine are some of the best implants I've seen, thanks to Dr. Buford!
