Answers. FINALLY.

First of all I want to thank everyone who has been following my story and supporting me via this site for the last several years. Do you remember reading about all my medical problems? Well things got worse for me and I searched for more answers and was able to finally get some sort of real diagnosis after over 6 years of a hard emotional and draining battle. I have been diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease. It is a very very very hard thing to get diagnosed because most conventional docs don't even consider lyme a problem and some don't even believe in its existence. My dad actually talked to some doctors in California and they told us about a video...we watched it long story short I had all the symptoms and then I took a Lyme disease questionnaire you add up your answers and if you are over like 49 there is a high chance you have it...I scored an 75 or something...so we began our search and found a local doc in my town who is becoming known around the US and she got me tested and sure enough LYME. Even blood tests are very inaccurate so if you get tested make sure its from Igenix and its a the western blot Lyme panel...even then it doesn't always catch it. I've been tested via other doctors countless times for Lyme and they were always negative my guess is at least 12 times if not more. I've had been tested using a different test...no Bueno. My goal is to heal...which could take years so no boob job anytime soon if ever because...Lyme is like cancer no cure but only remission so...any kind of serious stress can awake the monster again...which I don't know if I'm willing to risk with elective surgery or even childbirth...crazy fact but if you have it you pass it to your children via breast milk and genetics...even more scary for me. If any of you need help with your medical problems and have similarities to me or need a doc I can help and I can provide you with great information. I see another doc in Colorado in July so we can get a good idea as to treatment options btw...I don't believe in long term antibiotics to treat LYME bad bad bad bad bad for your body and it isn't the best option either. Trying to treat it the most natural way possible but will be taking some conventional meds if absolutely needed. For now I take tinctures and use lots of essential oils and Epsom salts in my baths.
Much love, Amanda.
P.S if you have Lyme let me know if you've had surgery or are planning on it! Its something I still want of course it just scares me so much! Thanks :)

Long time no "talk"

Hey everyone! Been a long time since I've updated anything on my profile. I am doing well just got my eyebrows microbladed at my local plastic surgeons office(only one where I live) and I love them. They turned out amazing. I still definitely want to get my breasts done just am still not as healthy as I should be to get them. I am deciding to switch surgeons. Instead of driving over 4 hours I am just going to stay as close to home as I can. It will cut down expenses and plus my surgeon here is running a special in August of 2017 and hopefully I will be healthy enough by then! The special is $5450. I will get a consult around 6 months before to make sure I still want around 375cc mod plus profile. Other than that just going to college, hitting the gym a few times a week and am working at a local tack shop here in my town. Thanks to everyone who is following my journey. Sorry it is going so much slower than what I was planning it to. I was planning on getting my breasts done at 16 and now I am 20 and will probably be 21 by the time I actually get my new boobies! Still am so excited and in fact a little obsessed over having them! Talk to everyone later! :)

Back from Dallas

My doctor found some more things to work on in my blood work and I will be starting four new prescriptions on top of my other 12 other meds. I was able to talk to him about my breast augmentation choice but he wasn't very supporting. I was almost in tears it broke my heart. He thinks I am so beautiful the way I am and that getting larger breasts may invite the wrong kind of guys into my life. He also believes that there are many risks associated with them like rupture and not being able to breast feed and I guess there is talc on the outside of the implant that can cause problems? and also before the implant is added sometimes a thing is blown up to help size the pocket to be ready for the implant and he said there has been many infections from doctors just using their breath to blow them up. He thinks with my health that it would be a good idea to not add anything new into my body and start more problems. No matter what he says I still believe this is something I strongly want to do for myself. I am not doing this to impress anyone or for more attention, I am doing this for myself. I love myself now yes but I am still self conscious about my chest and I think augmentation would help to enhance my beauty. My family and I had previously talked about getting the procedure done in December during Christmas break but because of all the snow and my Dads work schedule we may have to reschedule for spring break. I am just so ready to get this done. I definitely trust my plastic surgeon doctor and think he will be fantastic for me.
