Totally worth it! I had horrible saddlebags that I wanted reduced and the dr. suggested I move the fat to fill in any areas I felt lacking... so I had it transferred to my breasts. Best decision! Clothes fit better, recovery was very quick, pain was minimal. Considering having other areas worked on.
