I did it because, no matter how much I work out I couldn't get rid of the love handles AND tummy. I'm 5'1" I weight 105 pounds, no children, yet, I can't get rid of the belly fat. It's totally heriditary in my family to have the spare tire... So, if exercise and healthy eating wasn't doing it. then, I needed something else. I did it for me! I really think this is it!

I did tons of research online. I'm a bit neurotic about my health...so I was armed with lots of info and I research. I also researched zeltiq website for all the doctors from Miami to Orlando before setting an appointment with Dr. H. I immediately felt comfortable with him and all his staff. They are superb. He explained everything to me (although, everything he said, I had already researched. but, I like that he took the time to take me by the hand. Then, there's Gwen, she is beyond awesome....she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, and reassures you and she really knows her stuff. She read my mind about exactly what i wanted...and, she was so helpful and awesome energy. Leslie, the office manager, did a great job of explaining everything to me again, and she even showed me great before and after pictures of great results. They are the best! Really...they surpassed my expectations...

But, I soon found myself intrigued, because, it was nothing like I had expected (even after reading all the info online)
It wasn't painful, it wasn't gross, just minor discomfort at having my fat being sucked into a machine (not glamorous...LOL) But, after the procedure the Doctor and Gwen and Leslie all warned me of the "possible" side effects as is the responsible thing for them to do....I can tell you, I was concerned i would experience all this things (remember, I'm a big chicken) I waited...nothing...that evening I went out to dinner...
Next day I went to the gym...no problem...It's been a week and I still haven't experienced any side effects (except, some redness and a BIT of tenderness)....but, i already see the difference.....My body is more sculptured...I'm supposed to go back at week 4...but, I'm already sooo excited and optimistic. I can see my body is changing, the treated area looks leaner....
I HIGHLY recommend it!
I would do it again..in a heartbeat! I'm loving it!
