I am 29 Yrs old, 166lbs, 4'11 and I gave brith to my son 6 months ago. I have lost all of my pregnancy weight however I recently had surgery on my arm and was unable to work out to lose more. This is my 2nd child so I decided to go ahead with the surgery to get rid of my muffin top.

I had Vaser and Laser Lipo done on my upper/lower abs, flanks, and bra fat on 4/30/11.

Actual procedure:
* Brand new 5 star facility located in outdoor shopping mall.
* The worst part was the numbing fluid. IT BURNED LIKE Jalepenos being cut up and stuffed in your belly! The only part that would make me fear doing it again!
* Doctor kept making fun of me for falling asleep during the surgery. I insisted I wasnt asleep but I couldnt deny it once they said I was snoring. lol. He said it was the first time it had ever happened to him.
* Immediately after the procedure I was balling ... not due to pain but due to the endless rolls and hills that was now my belly. It looked HORRIFIC!!! lol.
* My Belly the next morning after belly tightly wrapped up was completely flat. It still sags a tiny bit if I leave the garment off too long or if I sit down and lean forward...

More info to come soon.

OVERALL: 10 Thumbs up!!! I am so happy! I can see my Kitty Kat! My belly is flat!

Only downfall is sharp pains occasionally has anyone else experienced this?

My rating:

Doctor was AMAZING! He was hilarious and joked and talked with me and my boyfriend throughout the procedure. My bed faced a flatscreen tv on the wall and I could flip thru channels as the procedure took place. I marked them down on follow-up only b/c the tech forgot to give me gauze and tape to change my bandages with. The procedure was from 5pm-1030pm so I didnt have time to go to the store afterwards looking for cleaning items, so instead I used always heavy-flow pads. She was however extremely nice and helped cheer me up and calm me down when I started to cry and get last minute jitters. As for wait times as payment process I was allowed to pay over the phone so I didnt have to drive all the way across town again, and they were very flexible and worked with me and when I wanted to have everything done. My doc did the surgery at 5pm to help me get in so i could use max days off work.

Congrats on surgery. I am on day 8 and I still will on occasion, depending on how I have been sitting or upon standing feel a quick sharp pain in an area. But I think this is all part of the healing process and will subside. How r u doing?

Thank you and ditto to you as well! I'm on day 7 right now. I worked out on day 6 (well walking and going very slow on the elliptical). Today I paid for it all though. It was a very rough day at work. My pain I think was mainly from my undergarment and being too swollen and plus I forgot all my pain meds and motrin to help with the swelling. I noticed it hurts less if I sit on the very edge of a chair. Overall it did start to feel like an enormous workout if you dont take into count the pain the under garment caused. How is your surgery results coming along?

HEllo,

I had liposelection on thurs April 28, th. I too have sharp sharp pains, mostly when I try to stand up. It feels as if a stitch is ripping, even though I have no stitches. I had uppper and lower abdomen done, and I am still pretty sore.I still cannot walk completley straight,I look a bit like a grandma when I walk.I was hoping to be further along with my healing by now. How is your recovery going?
