“Worth It. - Dallas, TX”
Spent: $375 in Dallas, TX
Posted 18 Nov 2011
I am the biggest skeptic, but I used a Groupon and took a gamble after researching and reading about it on Dr. Oz's website. I bought 6 treatments for a total of $375 and went in weekly. I just finished my 5th and I really can see a difference. I had it done on the back of my thighs which I have had terrible cellulite since a young age despite being 5'4, 125lbs and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am 39 years old and Groupon has allowed me to do a lot of things I would not have tried otherwise. I am told there will be maintenance every month or two and got a good deal for that too. Also bought the DermaQuest lotion (another $100) which I thought would be a waste, but think it helped too...I am using it sparingly, but twice a day as recommened. Cellulite is not eliminated totally, but enough to give me confidence in a swimsuit which I have NEVER had because of the darn cellulite and I for sure will be doing my stomach next.

My rating:
I did get some conflicting info from different techs, like wearing compression garments (which I have not), buying supplements (I did not), eliminating caffine and alcohol (did not). Had one scheduling mix up and I am always asked about leaving gratuity, which I don't think should be asked for such a procedure. Otherwise, great experience and I will recommend to friends with continued results.
Hi Fridays,
Ahh, gotta love Groupon. :) I'm happy Velashape worked out so well for you, it doesn't get that great of reviews so hearing this is awesome. Do you have before and after pictures that would be great to see.
Thanks so much,
-Britt
