Well hello my RS Boom Boom's it has been a LOOOONNNNGGGGGG time huh? Well let me first apologize for me being MISSING IN ACTION. I had no Ideal that my energy level would be soooo low after returning back to work. I was working 10 days and when I got home showered did my scar therapy, ate and got my clothes ready for the next day I was POOPED! I was in the bed by 7 and knocked out by 7:30. I made it through though. Yesterday I went to my 5 week check up they cancelled my 4 week because of the Christmas Holiday. I was told I can stop wearing my binder 24/7 and just wear a spanx or and CG. I can go back to normal activities just play it by ear and listen to my body because I still have 3 weeks before the 8 week recovery period is over no adbominal workout until then. I went back to Home Depot (my part time job) on Monday and it wasn't that bad. I still can only eat small portions at a time but I haven't lost anymore weight I fluctuate from 129-131. My incision is healing really well and is barely visible in some areas. My BB is also healing well. The swelling is still the same I really don't look much different from the pictures I have already posted. The Dr stated it can take up to 3 months for the swelling to go down. I am happy now with the results so I know when the swelling subsides I will be over joyed. Let's see I try on clothes every time I get a burst of energy just to see how things fit. lol I have done little shopping trying to hold out but with the Holidays I do need a couple of outfits. Oh and today I finally wore my heels again YAYYY. I have been wearing flats for the last 5 weeks and It has been a nightmare. All my coworkers have been asking where are you heels Beyonce (don't ask me why they call me that) I think it's because I be FLAWLESS!!! I just tell them I woke up like this!!! lol lol. Well I think that's about it I'm going to at least try and post once a week since my energy level is back up. Take care guys and I will ttyl

Today I started feeling vibrations in my lower stomach I kept reaching for my phone. Thanks how it feels like my phone is on vibrate and its in my front pocket. My cousin said it's normal its my nerves trying to repair themselves. She said it's been 8 years for her and she still gets them every now and again. I said well good because I was starting to think my PS left his phone in me! She was like Bye Falicia! Lol. It doesn't hurt it's just annoying cause it won't stop it's like the damn phone has been ringing for 3 hours and won't stop. Finally I am about to break down and take a Valium hopefully it will subside in a few hours or the battery will die! Lol. Well thats it for now Oh I started using the Bio oil thursday and already today my scar has flattened in some area but I won't post pictures until my 3rd week ok ttyl Boom Boom's!
