Wanted to have an improved profile and he made it sound like a simple, routine rhinoplasty. He's a great salesman pre-op -- nothing to worry about -- barely discussed the risks other than cardiac arrest. Now that the surgery is over and the results are horrendous, he is making it sound like "we" both knew how complicated my rhinoplasty would be.
Well, I'm the patient and he's the doctor. If he knew it was that difficult for him to do, he should have said it was NOT a procedure he had experience doing and declined the case. He has a long list of excuses and it doesn't include his lack of skill. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM FOR A RHINOPLASTY!!! You will take your decision to your grave. You will end up with a revision.

He's easy to schedule surgery and take money. After he has your money and the procedure is over, he doesn't want to schedule follow-up appointments. I think he's afraid to see how bad his results are.
