I have had a 'pooch' that just wouldn't go away...

I have had a 'pooch' that just wouldn't go away and couldn't take it, SO after reading all I could I decided to go ahead and do it. I tried the big one first and it was way too much for me so I went to the small one and it was much better. Today I am very sore in the mid section but I am anxious to see what is up next. Will let you know...

Still sore, it tingles and is numb and is still swollen. I wasn't expecting to see a difference so far, but didn't expect to still have sore and sensitivity.
I know it takes at least a month to 2 months to see a change so I am still taking it day by day. All i can say is binding underwear or clothes are evil.
