complete waste of money!!

Biggest waste of money ever!! I originally considered fat grafting for the horrible crepiness and wrinkling under my eyes (I was 43 at the time). I am very self-conscious about it and finally put some money aside to address it. Dr. Bassichis in Dallas recommended this procedure instead coupled with a TON of filler. The laser procedure results looked good for about 2 months but did NOT even get rid of some very fine lines around my mouth. My face looks just as good after I do a 6 week treatment of Retin-A.... You have fresh looking skin at first and then it looks the same again... The slight improvement of my under eye issue was due to restylane but the laser had NO EFFECT on my area of concern and when the filler dissipated, I was left in the same condition minus a lot of money... I went back on two occasions (as I was told I needed to wait several months for the full effect) to express concern over my results. I was given complimentary botox and even more filler but to no avail. This was NOT an effective treatment. I am two years out and searching again for a solution. I wanted to wait to make SURE all the filler was gone so I could get accurate advice. Dr. Bassichis originally told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results of the laser, that he would do the fat grafting at no charge. So I started there... hoping he would honor his word. I wrote a letter explaining my disappointment and also hoping for his assistance and received no response back.... I am angry and hope to warn people before they experience the same. BTW, I have a friend in California who did the same procedure about 3 weeks after I did, and she experienced the exact same results.... a little freshening of the skin for a very short amount of time....
