“I Am So Pleased! - Dallas, TX”
Spent: $7,400 in Dallas
Posted 14 Mar 2011
Surgery performed in Dallas January 31st, 2011. My cost was on the high side because I also had the laser peel (highly recommend – it really freshens your face, improves texture & firmness and eliminates many spots and imperfections). Yes, I looked really bad for the first week – and I felt pretty icky for about 2 days. But I was going out in public by day 6.
What I really like the best is that no one can tell that anything was done. Yes, I know if you’re paying that much money, you really want some giant results – and I DID get giant results, but the results just look so natural that no one can tell that I’ve had surgery.
I will be 60 in January. I just caught a bad cold (March 7th) and went to an urgent clinic that was close by. I felt so sick, could barely talk and had on NO makeup. A very nice female doctor came in and first thing she said was “Do you realize how beautiful you are?” WOW!! Now I was feeling absolutely awful but still was totally amazed to have that kind of compliment from another women (who was in my mind quite beautiful) close to my age was awesome!! As she left the room, she said “you do not look like you are in your forties” – to which I replied that I’m not in my forties, I am 59 – she said “I know but you do not even look like you are in your forties!” So gee gosh, what can I say.
I am still healing (still a little swelling around ears but only 5 weeks since surgery) but I look and feel terrific!!! I whole heartedly recommend LifeStyle Lift. I feel the big advantage to LifeStyle is how quickly you heal from this procedure compared with a regular facelift under anesthesia.

#2) I'm scheduled for May in Dallas. Had originally asked for Dr. H to perform my procedure, but was told Dr. Standefer has done more blepharoplasties. Now, I'm torn between which MD to request! Dr. H also did Tamara, my counselor, who looks fabulous.
#3) Did you have to travel any distance for your procedure? I live five hours by car. Made flight arrangements, but after viewing the chronicled experience of a Lifestyle Lifter in Florida, I'm thinking driving, though longer, would be better. Any info you can share would be appreciated.
#4) Thank you! Harleymama
