“No Regrets! - Dallas, TX”
Spent: $1,695 in Dallas, Texas
Posted 10 Jul 2011
I am a 41 year old female, extensive post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and also photo aged skin from years in a tanning bed.
My first treatment was very uncomfortable and torture at times. The second treatment, about a month later, I told the nurse that I wanted extra numbing cream. (which I don't think she gave me) After she left the room, I smeared another big glob onto my face including my lips and right up to my eyes. When that dried, I did it once more.
After 60 minutes, the technician (who had no idea how much numbing cream I had used) did the treatment and I virtually felt nothing. It never hurt enough that I jerked away. Too much numbing cream can be dangerous, but for me it was the best decision I ever made. Fraxel shouldn't have to be torture. : )

Hi rtw,
Your review made me laugh with the amount of numbing cream you put on, I would probably do the same thing. Well I'm glad it worked, you took matters into your own hands and it worked out so well. We'd love to see pictures.
Thanks so much!
