I think there may have to be a different type of implant placed in anyway so they can do radiation treatment. I am very nervous about making these decisions with no supporting information to discuss with my surgeon. Also, is this surgery done all at one time? Thanks

I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer. I wish to replace my implants to a smaller size, and am wondering if this is possible if I am in the early stage of cancer? Thank you for any peace of mind you can give.
