39 Year Old Mum of Two Finally Goes for Much Needed Breast Lift -

I've put up all the photos that i have taken till today. Bear in mind that in Europe we put the day first then the month. The scars are quite visible in the pics but its a slow process I'm treating them with scar-fix . I started that after the wounds healed before that i would wash with baitasodona twice a day to keep the area clean and disinfect it. i know it will take some time for the scars to heal i have had two cesarians so i know the process. Besides as many of us know if we had to choose between saggy knackered boobs and some scars we would choose the later. I'm happy with my girls i still cant believe they look so perky and feel so full and firm. As i have said before i believe used the auto augmentation technique. i will keep adding photos and hopefully come summer there will be massive difference.

39 year old mum of two finally goes for a much needed breast lift

ok guys I'm back. So as i said before the doctor was gradually taking out the stitches every 3-4 days. i was being extra careful not to lift anything and i mean it. i knew if i had id be in trouble. My boys were super understanding and i would show them my breasts so they would be extra careful with me and pick up their own school bags and what have you.

My breast size had always fluctuated depending on...

My breast size had always fluctuated depending on whether i was on the pill on not and after two pregnancies and breast feeding they became empty and saggy. i was never really happy with their shape from the moment i developed anyway i mean the nipple always looked kind of low so i knew one day i would be looking granny like. However i hate operations and i believe i probably would have chickened out if it was not for the discovery of a lump although benign i had to have it removed. The position of the lump was right on the cleavage so they would have had to cut underneath in order to get it out so i decided to go for it. The first doc i saw was great but had not much experience, the second told me i had to give up smoking and the third was a dream. Do your research and find the doctor that you feel most comfortable with. He was honest and told me most of his clients smoke i mean we live in Cyprus and unfortunately a lot of people still smoke here. He said not to worry and that i would have extra oxygen and i did.
The days coming up to the surgery i was a nervous reck so i decided to speak to anaesthesiologist whom i had used for my pregnancies and she assured me id would be on happy meds before i even role into surgery.
The day of the surgery i was given oxygen for 20 min to open up my lungs but soon after that i had a panic attack so she drugged me quite nicely and although out of it i insisted that my friend be by my side. They were so understanding, got her dressed in all the gear and off we went into the theatre room. One doctor removed the lump then another doctor did the uplift all in all the surgery lasted 3.30 hours.
In Cyprus these type of surgeries require the patience to stay in the clinic for at lest three days. Thank God i did cause i got to relax, recover and be looked after without the discomfort of traveling home immediately. I mean i could not imagine moving about anyway i was so out of it. The doc was adamant that i stay calm and stress free. i did have a few panic attacks after which I'm not sure if they came about because i was allergic to Tramal a pain killer that they put in the drip or i simply got post traumatic stress. I had a feeling i might so i was armed with my Xanax and took them to take the edge off. I was also given vitamins via the drip so i really felt quite good by the time i left the clinic.
I went in on Saturday and i left on Monday.
Once at home i took it very slowly and i must say i felt so tight and uncomfortable to move around that i had no choice. I have IBS so taking pain meds is a nightmare for my intestines so i quite them on Tuesday and i did not even need them. I had no bruising just severe swelling.
When i compare my breasts to others i am pretty sure i had auto augmentation cause they are so perky and hard i was convinced at some point that he must had added something lol.
The down side is that they felt so hard like rocks. He would remove the stitches gradually in order to avoid openings. Clever if you ask me
