My consultation was free and Dr.Hughes was very honest about how much I could get done in since I'm wanting multiple procedures. My breast are more complex so the breast lift would take longer and wanting a TT and lipo of outer thighs and flanks was cut off lol even though he mentioned a inner thigh lift but that would be way too long and dangerous, since I work in the surgical world I agree and respect his honesty :) I am still not sure to go with thigh lift or breast lift first... He is kind and compassionate and kid friendly since my son was present .... Thanks Dr.Hughes
