I chose Dr. Hughes after reading several reviews and seeing several pictures of his work. Due to being very thin I was afraid he wouldn't have too much fat to work with but he was able to deliver, he got 1000 cc. I got Lipo on my back, stomach and flanks and fat added to my hips and and butt area. I was surprised with the very little bruising I had right after surgery, especially since I am light and bruise easily. I didn't start taking Arnica until the day after surgery, so even without aggressive Lipo which he is known for, my bruising was minimal! Dr. Hughes gave me the exact hour glass heart shaped booty that I always wanted and couldn't be happier with my results!

Overall, he is an amazing Dr. and knows exactly how to give you the results you want and ask for. He comes off as a very knowledgable and experienced Dr who loves what he does. It's very easy to interact with him, he respond to emails very quickly and has answered any question I have had throughout my entire bbl experience. a week after when I came into the office for my follow up, he came in to answer a few other questions I had. Very excited about the new shape and butt he has given me and can't wait to see my final results!
