after breastfeeding 2 babies, implant revision

A few months after my procedure I noticed that a stitch from my surgery had not dissolved . It started to cause me extreme pain when I laid down or whenever it shifted inside my breast. Months following now I have a capsule and will need surgery to get it fixed. The stitch is still there an painful and the capsule is getting worst. I have surgery w/ Dr. Perez on the 7th to fix this and hoping/confident that this time it will be done properly. Wish me luck.

I was really nervous going into this especially since i have 2 little ones. I got my first BA about 5 years ago before I had my babies . At the time my breasts looked nice but after pregnancy everything went down hill. Pre op I had 300 moderate saline implants - decided to go with 600 hp silicone this time with a benelli lift. So far I am soo happy I decided to do this. Couldn't have chosen a better doctor ! He did miracles on these boobies. I'm 5 days post op and feeling pretty good. Haven't taken pain pills since 3rd day post op.
One thing tho- I went to coral gables cosmetic surgery . Dr krau only operates there- so post op you won't be seeing him. He did give me his cel which is very kind in case I had any questions or concerns. He has his private office in sunny isles . In my opinion if you have the extra money to spare and if attention and follow up is very important to you go to his private office. Coral gables had a great operative staff but they had me waiting 4 hours for my surgery ( since this is not his office ). Would have been nice to get a call and let me know my surgery thad changed (4 hours delay!!) but nothing. I was starving since I had not eaten since the night prior . customer service is not the best . I believe this is different in his private practice. They are more attentive and You get to see dr. Krau for all your appointments .
