I purchased a Groupon after doing a lot of research online. Had it done last night on the section below my belly button and liken it to a mammogram on my belly. The first 7-10 minutes are the most uncomfortable (until it gets cold enough) and it will pinch if you move around a lot. I had the nurse put the backrest up and a bolster pillow under my legs for more comfort (the Godiva chocolate gift helped too).

After the session they massaged my belly for a few minutes. If you've ever been outside in the winter for an extended time and touched your skin once warm, it's the same feeling - your skin is numb. I was red for a couple hours and swollen/numb today without bruising. I'll put Arnica cream on it just in case.

By the way, I'm 40, work out regularly and do Pilates for toning. I couldn't get rid of the small pooch no matter what I tried.

My Doctor: name not provided

The staff was great and attended to all my needs. I did not have the Dr. perform my procedure, but I didn't see a need for it.
