I had Vaser Supersculpt of the abdomen and Vaser Liposelection of the inner thighs. I decided to have it wide awake. It was strange to be wide awake during the procedure, however it wasn't painful, just a strange sensation. The 1st part of the procedure is the tumescent, which is only slightly uncomfortable. The 2nd part is the "vasering" where the fat is liquified. The 3rd part is where the fat is extracted and where the sculpting took place.
The thighs were more painful than the abdomen. Even though it is only day 2, I can already see that my stomach is flat.

Dr. Pathy is an amazing Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. He has a calm, gentle approach that was much appreciated.
