I rarely write reviews but spent a lot of time looking for them while researching AWT. Had my first session on my thighs/derriere and I am AMAZED at the results already; absolutely over-joyed! I did drink 3 L of water yesterday and did cardio which I am sure helps. WIll post more over the month.
