Are you quite tall? I'm 5'8", & 400 cc sizers were too much for my frame, but you pull off 500 well. So great your healing has been awesome!
I'm 5'10"...thought 500 looked a little big on me with sizes but when the nurse practitioner showed me her 500's, I knew they'd look smaller once put in. Thank you so much:)
Wow! Your 500's doesn't look huge at all! It's big, but not ginormous like everyone thinks when you think 500-550cc. I hope mine will look good on my body like it does on yours! *fingers crossed*
I know...everyone (myself included) initially imagines 500's+ as Dolly Parton boobs LOL. It all depends on what you start with, your frame, height, weight, and profile. I started with an A cup so my results don't look too big (praise the Lord)! Everyone's unique--I think women who are looking to get implants shouldn't stress out on choosing CC's before trying on sizers...they definitely help. I'm sure yours will look awesome!

Measuring 34DD:)

Went to Zumba last night and was able to give it 100% and also resumed ab workouts. I was able to use 5lb weights in each hand at Zumba with no trouble. In no way am I saying that this is okay for everyone--every surgery is unique and everyone recovers differently. I say listen to your body and only do what you feel comfortable doing--do not push yourself. Also, I measured last night...I am 31" around my band and 39" around my bust so that would be equivalent to a 34DD (correct me if I'm wrong, ladies!) I used a website to help me understand how to measure and calculate the size so I could be incorrect. The ladies are looking lower and I LOVE IT!

One Week Follow Up Went Great!

This past Friday I had a follow up wish Dr. Meadows. I was a little worried that he'd be able to tell I had over-exerted myself since surgery, but he said everything looked wonderful. The nurse trimmed the clear stitching and he told me I no longer needed the support band. He also gave me the official go-ahead to back to the gym--so exciting! Now I can go without feeling guilty or worried. I was also able to get my Adipex refilled. This weekend I was also able to semi resume side sleeping. It's still slightly uncomfortable but it helps to hold a body pillow and have it kinda wedged up under me for support. For those of you with children--they WILL notice the increase in size! LOL. My daughter told my ex-sister-in-law last night, "My mama has brown eyes like you but her boobs are way bigger!" Ahh! The things children say:) Sorry I'm so behind with my pic updates--I promise I'll get to those tonight!

You look great!! :) I was so concerned I would be useless for a while but it's day 3 for me and I feel great! The massages were defiantly worth takin a Valium for. Did you start massages yet? I know every doc has their own rules. I got 425hp but they don't look too big right now.
That's awesome! And thank you:) No...no one has told me about massages yet:/ I forgot to ask at my one week follow up. What are the massages for? I need to google this lol!
I met with the docs nurse yesterday. She showed me massages and they were a lil uncomfortable but I think they may help the d&f process. When do you meet with the doc again?
Definitely going to try out some techniques that I found online later. I have always heard of the massages--just figured my doctor would explain later and I can't believe I didn't ask at the 2 follow ups that I've been to. I go back for a 1 month follow up and I think he's just gonna take "after" pics then.
