Well ladies just to update you, my surgery was yesterday, and remember I was going to do it under "local" well I must report to you everything went well...Thank God..I will post new pics as soon as I can. Last night was a bit difficult, but you know what nothing I can't deal with, taking my meds and praying a lot, getting up ever 30 min or so for short walks, form one bedroom to the next, don't want to do the stairs.

13 days and counting, doing a little better today, but this pain on one side of my stomach is driving me crazy. I don't know why my "private part" looks so fat..my hubby say he likes it LOL I tap on it and it jiggles, any one else has this?

I have to say this process is so up and down, but we have to hang in there, once you get it done there is no turning back so I try to look forward, to keep my "sanity" or I will go crazy, today is exactly my one month anniversary, and I am looking toward the future of "healing" completely. Tried on a new garment last night, that felt a little snug, OMG what a devasting effect it had on me, did not sleep last from pain. I guess I will stick to my old binder...

Well just to update, I am cleared to get on the thread mill, no yoga yet. I think I will wait until tomorrow and do a little. On both side of my incesion has this little nagging piece of thread that is sharp, he tried to remove but could not, he said it will eventually desolve, so we would see, it just bothers me when I lie on it other than that everything is good..THANK YOU MY LORD!

What a day, so swoolen, and to top it off had a broken tooth and had to get a root canal, thank God my PS cleared me to go ahead, hanging hanging in there! Never a dull moment for us Moms

Can't believe it has been five weeks already, doing so much better, swelling have gone down a lot, and seeing results, I got the ok to get on the treadmill but don't think I am ready, maybe over the weekend, will keep you guys posted, have a great weekend my TT friends, and happy healing

Well now that I have passed my six weeks period, I am feeling much better, moving around better, and would love to go back to yoga, but have to meet with my PS in two weeks to get the OK..I have been going up and down the stairs a few times to build my heart rate, just to stay on track, because the last time I got on the tread mill, I started to hurt, "don't know why"

I can't believe today marks my 8 weeks since my surgery, so happy that I did this...I am still swollen and having the "pins and needles" tingling, hoping after I see my PS next week he ok's me for Yoga, I have been doing a lot of walking up and down the stairs, and sometimes on the treadmill, but still getting very tired fast. Well I had my 3 months visit with my PS he is very impress, and took pictures. I finally ask him about the lipo he did and to my amazement he only did it on my upper tummy, I recall he saying before that he was going to take care of my "flanks" to, but you know what I will not argue with him. Any way I ask him if he would suggest I get lipo on my back and flanks he said yes, and also ask about my legs (inner and outer) he said yes and guess how much, as much as I paid to do my TT OMG I can't believe this, I am holding out for now, who has that kinda of money right now. Any way I am slowly getting back to my normal life style and don't want to be "recuping" again so soon, it feels so good to go back to doing my Yoga, but I still have to take it easy, I am on the treadmill now for 25 min OMG I am so thankful for every day and feel so bless for coming such a long way and feel so good, so to all my TT friends out there do not get depress, you will get through this

Wow today I am in so much pain, I never think after 3+ months I could be in pain, but you never know, I walked yesterday with my church "stations of the cross" I never think this would affect me, I have been doing 15 min on the thread mill so I thought I would be prepared for this hour and half walk, but wow, any way I am massaging and taking aleve to help. I am wondering if any of my TT sisters are still having pain after this period of time....

I am almost 1 year PO and would like so much to get Lipo on my inner and outer tight, also looking at my back, so far I have seen about 5 different PS, unbelievable how much different each one is on their fee and consultation. Some of them says I need a thigh lift (medial) and other said no. Makes me confuse and concern at the same time. Well I am still searching, anyone have any ideas on a PS for this condition...Thanks ladies I am so thankful for this site, I have come a long way...I will be putting up some new photos soon.

I did not review on the follow up because I have not done the follow up yet. I am telling you Dr. Diktaban is quite a gentleman and a very intellegent on to, he saw me on the day after Thanksgiving, my husband went with me, and the way he approach me and my husband, I thought we had known his for a long time, even though this was our very first visit, he answered all our questions, and even though this was a free consultation, he examine me throughly and explained everything to me like no other PS ever did, he ask a question that no other PS did, he ask if I ever had surgery and I said no, he said do you have all your "wisdom" teeth, I said no, so he said that is surgery, I never would have thought.
