I'm at 5 weeks after upper eyelid surgery. I was awake and really didn't know I would be! Had muscle, fat, and skin (of course) taken. Eyelids came to the tip of my eyelashes and now my eyes are so open! (I'm 56.) Insurance paid.
Had very little bruising and swelling except had allergic reaction at day 3 to my salve. Woke up with awful swelling and itching. Changed salve and ok in 2 days. Little lumpy dots WILL go away AND scar WILL fade. All things I think we worry about. I do have a tiny clump of skin from a stitch but going away too. Lids feel like feathers now!!
